Anyway, I've got a question-- could we change entries partway through? I mean, if you made a picture now and submitted it, and then sometime in February or something wanted to submitt a different image, is that okay?

I don't want to sound like a spoilsport, but what proof is there that the winner will actually get a wii (or that the contest holder doesn't just vanish)?
I want to believe that this contest is for real, but I also want to make sure before I even think of entering.
Okay, I'm going to go ahead and address all three posts in this one:
1. Yes, it's true! Since this post is closely related to the third one, I'll go into more detail in answer 3.
2. You may enter as many different pictures as you like. Also, if you submit a certain pic and make changes or improvements to that same pic and wish to replace the entered pic with the modified version, that's fine too; just be sure to let me know.
3. I totally understand your being skeptical. I responded to a similar post at a forum in which I stated that I can't think of any way to really prove that this is for real, but I've published my photo and reasons for holding the contest on the blog to help instill confidence. I've tried to set it up so that the risk on the part of the contestants is at a minimum while maintaining organization of entries. If you would like to read more about me and see what I do when I'm not doing stuff like this, you're welcome to visit my regular web site, accessible via my blog profile.
Since all the "Anonymous" commentors have the same name, I'm sticking with being called "Anonymous Commentor #2" to make it less confusing. O:
I figure it's worth a try. I mean, making a picture doesn't really cost you anything. Do it for fun, even. Besides, even if it turned out that it wasn't true, you still have a cool picture that you made. :D
Exactly, you've got very little to lose (some time and effort) and lots to gain (a Wii or Twilight Princess)! I know it sounds almost too good to be true, but this is all for real, I promise!

To the skeptics who've posted: Yeah, I'll admit there's always the possibility of the contest failing or being fake or whatever... but the best part about something like this is getting your art out for more people to see! I have serious doubts that I'll win this - I'll certainly try to blow everyone away, but I just want a good excuse to have some fun drawing ;)
So GL to anyone who chooses to enter, and look out for at least once more entry from me soon!
